Opportunity to Redeem Our Land

Many neighborhoods in Israel are surrounded by non-Jewish-owned agricultural land, presenting a prime opportunity for neighborhood expansion. We focus on several high-demand Chareidi and Dati neighborhoods, where there is strong demand for apartments, and where we identify non-Jewish-owned properties with high potential for successful transactions.

Strategic Entry

Currently, these non-Jewish-owned properties are largely undeveloped and not in active use, leaving their owners with limited opportunities for generating income, other than through a sale. The process of transitioning the land to Israeli ownership is lengthy but lucrative. Once the registration is complete, the value of these properties can increase multiple times their initial purchase price

Moreover, local planning boards are eager to approve zoning changes, converting agricultural properties into residential zones. This presents a unique opportunity for investors to benefit from significant property value appreciation, as well as the potential to acquire multiple apartments in the development phase.

What we do

Through our extensive network and collaboration with a uniquely positioned partner, we facilitate access to land transactions that have a proven track record of success. Many of the properties we assist with have already completed the Israeli land registration process and are in various stages of development.

Although most properties secure final transaction approval, some may not due to unforeseen factors. From our experience, we’ve observed a 65-70% success rate with the properties we help source. With just a 10% down payment, investors can seize high-potential opportunities while minimizing their financial exposure. The remaining 90% is only due once final approval is granted, significantly reducing the risk for investors.
